NATIVE REFERENCE: ParaView 5.10.0-RC1

Open interface_review.pvsm with File > Load State. All scientific inputs are embedded in native ProgrammableSource/ProgrammableFilter properties; source_structures.json and scientific_reference.json are included for independent inspection. No external script or absolute data path is required by the state.

Composition: the Time control is the Li3PS4 initial formula-unit fraction y. Choose listed exact boundaries/midpoints or type an arbitrary fraction in [0,1]. The native animation scene drives the equilibrium source and synchronized cursor. The energy curve is energy per atom; the inventory retains both per-initial-formula-unit and per-atom energies. Horizontal scrolling exposes all inventory columns.

Phase: select 'Phase selector - set ID range or keep all' in the Pipeline Browser. Set Lower Threshold and Upper Threshold to the same source record ID, then Apply. Restore the full ID interval 41898 to 115311 for all active phases. Inactive IDs show no crystal or positive amount. Phase atom fractions use the complete initial atom count 7+y, including when only one phase is selected.

Crystal: activate the upper-left view and use Reset Camera after selecting one phase. Drag to rotate. The atomic_number color scale identifies Li=3, O=8, P=15, S=16 and Fe=26. Original crystal sites retains source_site and phase_id; its coordinates differ from the original only by the documented centering/display translation. The black unit-cell edges use the source lattice. Show 'Optional crystal clipping - show to inspect' and hide 'Crystal atom markers' to inspect a clipping plane. Select original sites with ParaView point selection; this changes selection only, not equilibrium composition.

Observed validation: validated_interactions.json and review_workbook.xlsx contain the executed composition, inventory and source-site checks at exact transitions, every interval midpoint, the minimum/equimolar states and off-grid compositions 0.137, 0.283, 0.367, 0.823. A copied state in relocation_test was opened by a separate pvpython process and numerically exercised. The GUI walkthrough additionally resets the session and reopens that moved state.

walkthrough.mp4 is an actual X11 screen recording, not an animation export. It exercises y=0.137 and y=0.5, returns to y=0.3, selects phase 115311, rotates its crystal, clips it, selects a source site and reopens the moved state. Native Python Shell commands are visible; they modify the same native properties available in the GUI. The saved state needs none of these external walkthrough helper scripts.

Known presentation limitation: this ParaView release emits 'Attempted to paint a line with <2 points' when rendering a single-point chart series. The energy marker and single-phase fraction marker remain visible and their numeric data pass the independent checks. Output Messages can be closed. The recording retains this diagnostic rather than concealing it.
